First the system Managers, they were responsible for creating and maintaining the doctors registration data, the account types, the specialties and the treatment types.
Then
there was the doctors back office which allow the doctors depending on
their different type of accounts, to setup and manage their schedules
over many different offices.
The most important part of the back office was the agenda module, it was possible for the doctors to see all different states of appointments in real time, so if a patient made an appointment online, the doctor could, not only see it in his agenda but receive messages to his own smart phone.
There were six different states of appointments that could be seen along the agenda according to attendance and time.
The doctors could access details of the specific appointment, historic of specific patients and list of all patient across all his offices.
